RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return window
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your order to return it, with no justification required and no penalty.
This period is extended to 30 days during the holiday season (Christmas period).
To be accepted, returned items must:
- Be sent back in their original packaging
- Have their tag intact
- Not have been worn, washed or damaged
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on items purchased during clearance sales.
2. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exception: if the item is defective, return shipping is fully covered by Magneto (see section 4).
3. How to make a return
Option A — Return via our return label
If your request is within the applicable return window, email us at contact@magneto-shop.com with your order number. A return label will be sent to you.
A flat fee will be deducted from your refund:
- France: €5
- Europe: €10
- Rest of the world: €20
Option B — Return at your own expense
You can also send your parcel directly to:

For your security, we strongly recommend sending your return with a tracking number.
4. Defective items
If you received a defective item, contact us immediately at contact@magneto-shop.com with clear, high-quality photos of the item and the damaged areas.
A prepaid shipping label and return address will be sent to you. Once we receive the parcel, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days, directly to your bank account or PayPal depending on the payment method used.
For international returns of defective items, please provide your bank details (IBAN) so we can reimburse your return shipping costs.
5. PayPal disputes
Our management system is directly connected to PayPal. For this reason, we ask you NOT to open a PayPal dispute in case of a return or cancellation.
Opening a dispute prevents us from processing your refund or store credit. Please contact us directly — we handle all requests as quickly as possible.
6. Refunds
Refunds apply only to items purchased at full price. For items purchased during sales, the amount is credited as a discount code on your loyalty account, after deduction of return shipping costs.
Processing times:
- Once your parcel is received, your refund is processed within 15 business days.
- Credit/debit card: re-credited within 48 hours (bank processing time).
- PayPal: refunded to the account used at checkout.
- Bank transfer: please provide your IBAN.
If you used loyalty points to pay for your order:
- Partial return: refund of the actual price of the returned item.
- Full return: refund of the amount paid + loyalty points reinstated.
A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been received and processed.
7. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different colour, size or style, and if the item is still available, please place a new order on our website.
